Overview

Arrive ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

Arrive collects only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Your first name (entered during onboarding, stored locally on your device)
• Prep session content — who you are meeting, the situation, and your worries (stored locally on your device)
• Situation preferences selected during onboarding (stored locally on your device)

AI Processing

When you generate a briefing card or use the chat feature, your prep session content is sent to our secure API to generate a response using OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini model. This content is not stored on our servers beyond the duration of the request.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your email address
• We do not collect location data
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising
• We do not store your prep sessions on external servers

Subscriptions

Arrive offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings.

Data Storage

All personal data including your name, prep sessions, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is not backed up to our servers.

Children's Privacy

Arrive is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
